Installation Process

 

1. Book your Installation
Simply purchase your kit online and one of our team will call you to arrange a convenient time, date and location for your installation. www.connectmycar.com offers full nationwide coverage and in most cases will dispatch your equipment on the day of order and complete your installation within 5 working days.

2. Pre-Installation Inspection
On arrival and before commencing your installation our engineer will perform a thorough check of the vehicles electrical systems and confirm your preferred positioning of your new equipment. This is your opportunity to request specific placement of the new equipment and ask any questions regarding the installation. Please ensure you have your phone available to enable our engineer to fully test and demonstrate the features of your new equipment.

3. Post-Installation Inspection
On completion of your installation our engineer will test your new equipment and perform a final check on the vehicles electrical systems and interior trim to ensure everything is working as it should and is in the same condition as when we arrived.

4. Training and Demonstration
Once the final inspection is completed you will receive a full demonstration of your new equipment and our engineer will be happy to answer any questions you may have. When you are completely satisfied with your installation you will be asked to sign a customer satisfaction form, a carbon copy will be left for your records.

5. Customer Care and Support
Our experienced customer service staff are here for you if something goes wrong. Whether you order one kit or a hundred you will benefit from expert telephone support for all hands free technologies and handset types.
